Refund Policy

At Nexa Traffic, we are committed to delivering exceptional results. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for our SEO services.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of SEO services - which involve significant upfront work in research, strategy, outreach, and content creation - all sales are generally considered final. We do not offer refunds for work already completed or deliverables already provided.

2. Guest Posting Refunds

If a confirmed guest post placement fails to go live within 60 days of acceptance, we will:

  • Replace the placement with an equivalent or higher DA site, or
  • Issue a full credit for that placement toward future orders

We do not issue cash refunds for guest posts that have been placed and published.

3. Monthly Retainer Refunds

For monthly retainer clients:

  • Refunds will not be issued for the current billing month once work has commenced
  • Clients may cancel future months with 30 days written notice
  • Pro-rata refunds may be considered if we are unable to deliver agreed services due to our own failure

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • We fail to deliver any agreed deliverable within the contract period
  • A service purchased was clearly described differently from what was delivered
  • Duplicate charges due to technical or billing errors

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time SEO audits (delivered digitally)
  • Content creation fees
  • Published guest post placements
  • Set-up and onboarding fees

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of the issue at trafficnexa@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
